I do not go nearly so far. I will say that when I look for images of shark anthro ladies I tend to find-- hmm. Let me choose my words carefully. It can take a lot of searching to find images that are unambiguously SFW. I don't find the animals pretty or pleasant to look at but I do find some shark characters attractive. But the images in which I find them tend, with few exceptions, to be the sort of thing I'm not comfortable posting here, even with spoilers.
It's sort of like with sergals. The art varies a great deal. There are some female sergal characters I find very lovely, depending on the artist. But there is a lack of sergal art, and, for that matter, stories with female sergals, that aren't very obviously someone's fetish material, much of it pretty extreme stuff that I find off-putting.
