Figure out something you want to draw, then find a picture of it and either trace it or just put the image right next to you while you draw it. After you're done, or while you do it, look at the lines you used and how it was set up. I find it helpful to look at skeletons and muscles to see how the body is set up because it helps me figure out how it'd move. Drawing things you're unfamiliar with is useful too, poses you haven't tried, angles you don't know how to do
