I’m a little pansy pooch when it comes to food I think my anxiety plays into it. Literally today couldn’t finish a chick fil a 12 nugget combo, couldn’t down all the fries.

I have days where i eat a normal ammount of food and then days where im absolutely ravenous. I went to the grocery store after my physical therapy on tuesday and i got a rotisserie chicken fur lunch, i ate that whole thing with my bare hands in one sitting

There’s a lot of shit when it comes to food. I always skip breakfast and I think that alone would probably keep me thin. My often light meals don’t help but usually I do goyslop fur dinner because there’s take out on my campus. Drinks play a part too, if you drink with a meal you’ll eat less. Store bought rotisserie is delicious you make me wanna get one.

I used to skip breakfast too fur a long time byt my old man body caught up to me and i have to eat something in the morning or i get hangry, that cant be happening at my customer service job lmao.

I try to cook when possible because of how expensive goyslop is but sometimes its all i can will myself to eat after my longer days. Its usually Taco Bell since thats like the only place open super late.
