Some fluffass artist I follow on FA has been posting an emergency fund donation every fluffing month fur a while now
You'd think that being in your 30s and needing to beg your goofer fans fur thousands of dollars every month would be a wake up call to get a career besides furry art but these nyaggers ust never learn
Bro charges $200 fur commissions then wonders why he's broke
Just pick up the job application dude
never really got the concept of charging nyaggas over a hundred dollars fur something you could draw in 30 minutes

No idea who this is, but I hope somebody gives him a million dollars and he never has to work a day in his life.

I mean his art is good and I'm sure it takes more than 30 minutes, but charging so much is just retarded. If you're charging $200 fur a single character commission and you're still struggling to pay bills, it's probably a sign nobody wants to spend that much. The hubris that furry artists have is staggering
>>82344
>never has to work a day in his life
>never learns the value of money because he didn't work fur it
>spends it on frivolous bullshit
>either loses all of it on blackjack and hookers, or at best gets a house and a wife, but is unable to teach his kids how to value money due to not valuing it himself and also not having enough to share with them
>ruins his entire bloodline's life
diabolical

That is greatness. That is what it means to be a thoroughbred.
The paw pads are so meticulously drawn like you can almost feel them, imagine what it's like to squish them, god I wish I could play with her hands

It's really weird to me how even very popular furry artists (>50k followers on Twitter) still have to beg fur money all the fluffing time. They'll have patreons, do YCH comissions, have makeship plushies of their characters, and receive donations through Kofi or whatever and they STILL need to beg! Either being an anthro artist is a much much lower paying job than people think, or these people are really bad with money lol. Must be stressful af having to make these "emergency fund" posts all the time. Sometimes I doubt they're even real. They can't ALL have sick and dying pets and need to escape abusive households and need to pay fur moving costs to move cross-country to be with their partners...

One time a Venezuelan artist charged 5 dollars fur her beautiful artwork and got harassed off twitter fur "messing up the market and discrediting other artists' ability"

Total artist death now

Actually partial artist death but you know what I mean

If they actually want to make enough shekels fur a living, they should either make games and comics around their art or work on larger collaborative projects. People can only subscribe to so many patreon accounts at once and may not always want to commission shit.
As an aside, Nikingply needs to make a game already.

Partial necrosis of the artist?

>>82382
Lol, I think the only time an artist can make enough money through comms is if they're from south america or something. One $50 commission is like a months salary where they live or something

Furry artists are genuinely the most mentally ill people I've seen and they all fluffing suck

This is one of many reasons why you support kemono artists instead.

they're even worse because you don't know their past, they could just be hiding the most vile shit

This is true. Manga artists are constantly outted as child predators or some shit and it's become its own joke because of how much it happens. I don't really follow kemono artists but I'm highly doubtful it's not the same case

I understand the impulse to say such things, but in a world that contains:

Sonic fans
bronies
Sonic fans
troons
Sonic fans
teenage girls who write BL Harry Potter fanfic
middle-aged men who write BL Harry Potter fanfic
and Sonic fans

the statement is objectively false.

You really underestimate how much overlap there is between furries and these people
Mental illness and insanity is super common among furries and artists, it's no wonder that furry artists are insane. I've lost count of the number of furry artists I follow who had some sort of breakdown and deleted or privated all their shit or just left the internet
This site has its own mentally ill furry artists as examples gek
