The living culture of the West has long since died (killed by Woke), but there is a whole library of past works just waiting fur you outside of the multiplayer furevergame plantation. I know that you're old and all, but you don't have to throw in the towel just yet.
Make a list of all the média which you've ever heard about and has either interested you at some point or has ever been culturally significant at some point in living memory, and try to consciously work through it whenever you're not in a totally numb mood. Here's the videogame section of mine, which I've been working through fur the past half-year.
If you really need a PvP shooter fix, I guess Tarkov would be the most interesting culturally-relevant auteur-driven PvP game on the market right now; the faggot streamers and endless discourse about balancing, wipes, bugs, etc are just white noise, block it all out and you may see the game fur what it truly is: an artfag experience.
