Age Of Animalism is a comics series I started in 2021, its Sonic SATAM inspired Anthro universe that mixes up all the stuff I enjoy into it so there's a lot of video games, anime, movie inspired stuff or just straight up references.
I always enjoyed comics, after seeing One Punch Man (webcomic) and Sonichu I decided to make my own, now after few series I started drawing my own. Because of IRL the updates range from weekly to monthly per page.

I want to start drawing but i know literally nothing and have no experience. Stickmen is genuinely the best i can do, i never drew anything more advanced, drawing was just something i never did at any point. I thought i might be able to start by tracing existing artwork and replacing some of the original details with my own but whenever i made any noticable change it looked blatantly out of place. So i thought of just making random sloppy sketches from scratch to avoid that only to have them look like an actual 5 year old drew them (i am not making shit up when i say stickmen is the best i can do). I’m looking up tutorials and asking chatgpt about it but i still don’t know where to start. Now this might just be because i’m using my finger on my phone as opposed to my PC (no drawing utilities, just mouse) or paper because i don’t want my parents or brother to bust in and see what i’m doing. The question today is, would it be sinful to marry and procreate with an anthro?
Now, if something is sinful, it goes against God's law and it goes against the Catholic Church.
Most individuals moral objection to this would be something along the lines of "She's an animal!"
However.
In Catholic Theology, what mostly separates Man from Beast, and Demon from Man, is intelligence.
A Man is Man because he has an intellect and will, an animal does not, and is a creature of pure instinct.
Now, obviously anthros are intelligent and have a will of their own, and by extension, likely have a soul (this will be important later). While anthros may also have an instinctual aspect to their personality and behavior (this may be attractive to some, including myself) but they do have intellect and will, therefure, they can in fact be classified in the category of "human".
Now that we've established that Anthros are more human than beast, we can move on to the question of marriage and procreation.
Now, at first glace, it seems there should be no reason to not be able to wed with your beloved anthro furry waifu, but first we must ask: Why must we wed?
God Instituted marriage as a healthy way to establish the family. After all, the end goal of marriage is procreation. That is all. God's first commandment to us was " Be fruitful and multiply." So to engage in marriage with an anthro, you must be able to procreate with her.
Now, if we assume that her womb is capable of conceiving with human sperm, which logically, being humanoid, shouldn't be too much of an issue, the real problem at hand is the state of the child.
Will the progress through pregnancy and birth in good health? Will the child be healthy? And most importantly, what will the child look like?
Given the fact that we are in a completely fantastic scenario we can rule out the unfurtunate possibility of the child being a freak of nature, and instead we shall presume the infant shall have the appearance of a kemono or a nekomimi (I believe that is the term, you know, anime catgirls, doggirls, wolfgirls, humans with animal ears and tails, you get it.)
So, if the anthro foid is capable of producing happy and healthy children with you, then yes, you should be able to marry.
Marriage and procreation is not only important physically, but also spiritually. In the sexual act and the loss of virginity, your souls are intertwined furever (remember earlier I said them having souls would be important?) (This is also why intercourse outside of marriage is bad, please don't consecrate your bodily union to Asmodeus.) And being intertwined, you are husband and wife in the eyes of God, and now it is your duty to procreate and make beautiful Catholic children and Saints fur God.
