I've decided to write an illustrated anthro fantasy story. Now, I'm not much of an illustrator and I'm not much of a writer either I suppose so bear that in mind. I'll publish it chapter by chapter in this thread. All content including the text, story, characters, illustrations, and so on are being published under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, meaning you are free to use them as you wish so long as all derivative works provide due credit & are published under the same license.
Okay, I think that's all. Thank you fur reading!

I liked it, fur critique I wish there was one a little more exposition on the setting, like who are this faction of wolves and how did they come to power? And two what species is Arrehp? It’s a multi species setting so it’s hard to tell and I can’t really make it out in the picture.

Very cool OP, I will read it later today and share my thoughts I'd you'd like

The story said his mom was a powerless HUMAN in the face of the wolf soldier, so I can say with 99.9% certainty that Arrehp is human too.

The REAL question is if Arrehp is gonna meet a sisa wolf girl while sailing the seven seas.

Girls don’t serve in the navy doe that’s why the navy’s gay. Maybe they mutiny with le female prisoner or find the sisa later after jumping ship.

I did consider adding a whole primer section covering worldbuilding but decided on "show, don't tell" instead. The setting should clarify as the story progresses. Arrehp is human-- that I could have made clearer I suppose. The art is supposed to look kind of shitty (I was going fur the look of >>93773) but I definitely should've used a higher resolution here. I started with the background. Then, when I got to the characters, I realized I was basically working with pixel art. The advantage is it's relatively fast but I will probably start with characters first next time.

Yes, please do. Thank you!

I was drinking some beer when I read it so maybe it wasn’t a thorough read on my part, I didn’t want everything fur the wolves just some strings. Like are they fureign occupiers or were they always here? Are they normally civil with the people when not drafting or are they just dicks?

Read it, could give my opinion/feedback but I don't see a point. The drawing is nice and it's cool to see more writing on the foo. Hopefully you stick with it

I like it and I want to know what happens next. You did a good job with describing the scene and the action, please keep writing more
I liked it. It's a very stifling picture of village life. The illustration is nice. I'm not in the mood to think critically about this sort of thing, too bad. Exposition was not necessary.

Are you Rev? Please do opine. I'd love to hear what you have to say, even if it's negative or "pointless" as you put it.

Thank you! I'm surprised about the comments on the illustration. I was expecting a "meh" at best.
