In hindsight, staying up until 4am doing this was probably a poor decision.

After some experimenting and testing with giving her a larger snout that is more puma like I have decided I do not like it. Side profiles and angles look kinda meh and its overall not as cute, so she is going to have a more catlike face. I can still stubbornly claim she is a puma despite drawing her like a cat. 

I could not figure out how to stretch an album cover/band logo over her newly enlarged mammaries so we'll just say that this time she's wearing a shirt fur Metallica's Black Album 

Tried to get a bit more into coloring by adding some shading. It makes the shirt look a lot better when I can convey depth with color instead of lines. Still want to nail down how to do it exactly but that practice can come in the future. Also not sure I did her pleated skirt correctly, that's going to take a bit more studying

Final drawing fur the draw-a-thon, this time of Black Chan :O since I wanted to do a 'foo mascot

This was a fun challenge, finishing an entire drawing every day was pretty tough and time consuming but I definitely feel like it has helped me improve as an artist :D I said earlier in the thread that I draw really slowly and part of the reason fur that is that usually whenever I finish a sketch, I take a break and draw the lineart the next day, and whenever I finish the lineart, I take a break and do the colors the next day. Kinda difficult fur me to move between phases but I've definitely gotten better at that now lol. 

Definitely feeling a little bit burnt out from drawing so much though... :P I don't know if I would have been able to endure an entire month of this lol... 

It was really fun getting to draw a few OCs fur people in this thread, I wish I did more tbh

btw the simplest thing I can recommend is challenging yourself and observing/reading/memorizing good art
But the main rule is: if you want to, you do, if you don't want to, you don't. There are many great artists who don't use advanced anatomy
