I try to go to the gym four times a week. I haven't been going regularly recently due to being busy at work and also getting a wrist injury preventing me from doing 2 of my 4 days. I am not losing much weight but I am definitely getting stronger. It's not much but I can bench 135, squat ~185, leg press 3pl8, so I'm not doing too bad. Need to work on diet next but one thing at a time
