Very attractive genetically engineered cat-woman from an Osamu Tezuka animated film called "Bagi, the Monster of Mighty Nature."  She is maybe less "girl, but also cat" and maybe a little more "mountain lion, but also girl" than is usual for this kind of character.  The film is also pretty downbeat and subdued, for Tezuka.  One could even call it depressing.  She's pretty, though.
