Only you can decide that.
I've said it previously. The author, who goes by KaktusNSFW, has an eye for the telling detail. He has an ear for natural-sounding dialogue. But at last count the story was approaching the 300,000 word mark (for reference, the King James Version of the Bible is less than 800,000), and there isn't so much a plot as a series of disconnected slice-of-life scenes with a guy who has a very large stick up his ass and his not-gf Manic Pixie Dream Girl Wolficus doing the will-they-won't-they dance. It cries out for a compassionate editor who will be ruthless and cut away the 90%+ of the material that feels like filler. It feels like the author can't decide what he wants the characters to do or what kind of story he wants to tell and he drops updates, sometimes over a year apart, that are all just filler, to keep the audience reading until he figures out where he actually wants the story to go.
Missy starts out as rather obnoxious, with shocking and annoying behavior, but she gets better and becomes a top-tier cutie patootie waifu candidate. Leo doesn't so much get the stick out of his ass as exchange it for one a little smaller in diameter, and likewise becomes more sympathetic. I wish something would actually happen in the story, which is sufficiently controversial elsewhere to have burnt a great many /hmofa/ threads down to the ground, but I don't regret the time I've spent reading it.
