Don't do steriotypes on what you think a girl or whoever would like. instead try to see the appeal yourself, it has to be nice to your own eyes. Not what someone else likes, what looks good to you, to the point you actually enjoy looking at it. this is a fun thing to explore and understand, and I think it has made my artstyle fur guys distinct from most people. everyone always gay, femboy, bara, or looks like a woman drew it, rare fur it to look like an actual guy, y'know that normal balance, but proper good stuff can be found.
there is a kindness and gentleness that only a man has, you can see it in their eyes. Personally, that is what I find most appealing. a bit androgynous in that they are pretty, but still very much male. no effeminate hips or anything like that, make him normal, don't exaggerate. Long hair, because short hair isn't fun to draw.
