I had this really inspiring urge to get into drawing like 2 weeks ago, I drew a lot fur a few days and even got a tablet and downloaded a ton of books and references. But now I don't care about drawing at all. I was proud of my drawings and found the process fun but now in my free time there are like million things I'd rather do befure even touching my tablet
Anyone else experienced this?
NO I wasn't doing drawabox, that shit is awful and doesn't help you at all and only exists to burn out new artists

Things like what? If you got a drawing tablet, you may as well stick with it at this point. I wish I had the motivation to keep drawing and practising, or to do any of the other stuff that I "ought to be doing". You're the guy that was posting drawing exercises here over the past couple of weeks, right?

Unless you just have no interest in expressing yourself and/or create things fur yourself and others to enjoy, it's a discipline issue. You have to find a way to get yourself to draw regularly in order to progress past the toddler phase after which it hopefully becomes more fun and rewarding. It's the same as with other creative hobbies like playing guitar.
If that still interests you, just make a habit of drawing every single day. Make it a routine just like brushing your teeth (>implying). Even if you don't feel like doing anything creative, just do some scribbles, circles and crosses just so that you don't lose the streak. When you have the time and energy, do exercises or at least some fun doodles.
If maintaining discipline on your own is an issue, a study group would help (not that I've tried but it works with schools and universities).

It's fairly popular and well-known, and fur a reason, even if some folks shit on it. It offers a very logical approach, since everything can be broken down into basic shapes, you just have to be able to transpose these 3d shapes onto a 2d canvas first, and then create complex shapes out of said basics. You're going to have to develop spatial reasoning skills sooner or later either way. Doing the exercises slowly rewires your brain so that eventually you can draw these simple shapes at any angle without thinking about it too much.
It doesn't just discuss objects in 3d but also covers textures, shading etc.
The drawbacks are that it's dull and grindy (and you should complement it with something more fun) and the author seems to be autistic. Even the website layout is not really user-friendly.

Some more chill books I've seen recommended are those by Loomis (Fun with a Pencil literally starts with silly face doodles), Figure Drawing by M.Hampton. Keys to Drawing, Drawing on the Right Side of Brain fur more generalized stuff.

It happens, its possible to get burnt out on anything if you do it too much especially if you have other stuff going on in your life. IMO the next time you feel like you wanna draw it may be a good idea to pace yourself so you dont feel like you will get burnt out.
You will never be a real artist. You have no focus, you have no skills, you have no passion. You are a shitter frogposter twisted by brainrot and quick validation into a mockery of man's industrious nature.

All the “validation” you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back people mock you. Your parents are disgusted and ashamed of you, your “friends” laugh at your daily dramas behind closed doors.

Artists are utterly repulsed by you. Years of years of social development have allowed artists to sniff out energy leeches with incredible efficiency. Even shitters who “pass” are unhappy and held back by baggage. Your behavior is a dead giveaway. And even if you manage to get a normie friend to add you to his 'cord, he'll turn tail and ghost you the second he gets a whiff of your diseases, rotted, 'jak folder.

You will never be happy.

I would also add Ctrl + paint, the guy has a huge library of videos in order on his website fur free. And the videos themselves are short and sweet around 5 to 10 minutes long.
