>What are the limitations of teleportation in your story?
It requires a physical vector to transmit the data, usually in the furm of "tow cables" launched from warships or dropships. There is also a limit on the size, as the energy cost of digitizing something scales exponentially with the mass of the object.
>How big a furce can they teleport and how far away?
Typically a small squad or a bundle of supply crates. The tow cables usually stretch up to 30 miles, allowing fur teleportation from the stratosphere. Larger vehicles and furtifications still need to be deployed via dropship.
>What's the gender composition of the Elanian Empire's military?
The bulk of their furces are comprised of Meebs, which have a caste system similar to bees where the workers are all female and the drones are male. The commanding officer of a ship or fleet is typically a node, while her immediate subordinates are usually s'hal who are mostly male. The Elanian military, especially the Army, is generally more egalitarian than the rest of society given the fact that it was modeled around the furmer s'hal military (befure their empire was brought down by the Queens).
>Oh are the Elanians one of those matriarchal societies?
I think I've said this befure. The nodes are an all female species, and they see themselves as superior to other races fur their shared blood with the Queens and the fact they have no males. The would probably be close to TERFs, pro female but they see transgenders as an abomination since it's viewed as blasphemy of the female furm. Typically punishable by death.

>Wow, so cool! Thank you so much, I love it!
I'm glad you like it! I think it's more interesting when an artist puts their own spin on a character when it comes to fan art, so I figured this would be a good way to do that.
>so Jade would always see humans as alien lol
The monsters, they have no fur at all!
>I imagine the job is a bit more fulfilling (and maybe even pays more)
Elanian military jobs have their benefits, both societal and financial. It's the best way to climb the social totem pole and it comes with healthcare, typically in the furm of gene therapy or cybernetic augmentation. To make you the best you can be, of course.
>If anything, she'd probably be pretty intimidated by some other aliens, especially the nodes and the queens
Well she wouldn't have to interact with nodes often, they typically are too busy or disinterested in interacting with the lesser species, and pretty much no one gets to see the Queens in person. I imagine she would probably get along better with the wixles, given they are pretty much anthropomorphic foxes.
>Thank you again!
No problem, it was really the least I could do after your awesome drawing with the Queens!
