I think the crux of this particular fantasy is "I'm so attractive/charming/smart/fill-in-the-blank-with-your-preferred-positive-trait that this vaguely sort of humanoid-ish feminine being of superhuman power would happily be my living monstergoddess gf." If I squint a bit I can see the appeal and maybe even write a cute scene or two. Anything beyond a cute scene or two? Healthy relationships are between equals. A human guy is going to be a pet to her, at absolute best. That does not seem healthy. Rather, it seems very likely to go to some very bad places very very quickly. And you might even want to get off Mr. Bones' Wild Ride but the fact of the matter is that this particular train has no brakes. Woo woo!

It's funny you should mention this. Internet rumor has it that the original Starcraft as developed as a real-time strategy game set in the Warhammer 40K universe, but Blizzard was not able to work out a deal with Games Workshop. And, rather than BALEET the game into which man-years had been put, they did a quick search-and-replace in the script and a quick skin swap on the factions.

The reason Terran Marines wear the ginormous power armor suits that make them look ten feet tall is that they are reskinned Spess Mehreens.

I’m pretty sure 95% of female romance novels are this.

How is GIMP for drawing in your experience? picrel is from a very old version of gimp and it seems alright, but Krita is a lot more comfortable and supported when it comes to digital art. I still like GIMP for editing but wouldn't ever use it for drawing

You VILL use Krash and you VILL like it.

I just use it for the 1x1 pixel pencil tool and for layers so it's fine for my needs. If you want better brushes I'm not sure and have not tried any other brushes yet

You're not getting more normie artists of Averi either sadly. Normies are also the most likely to submit to xitter art troons who pooch about Averi and Fiddle being racist icons or whatever, because they're too cowardly or too stupid just to tell them to fluff off since nobody actually likes them

If you could get any normal job, what would it be? To keep it interesting it has to be a middle class or lower job like being an electrician or an engineer. Can't pick something easy like being a CEO.

Me personally I would want to be some type of sys admin. From what I know they deal with a lot of practical knowledge and I heavily dislike theory. It's also a comfurtable position as long as you're willing to come at an emergency, but it beats doing manual labor.

As generic as it sounds: a wolf, though I'd be happy with coyote or any other canid. I'm mostly just envious of their sense of smell, albeit I'd be giving up quite a bit of visual range as well as about an octave of bass in hearing, so maybe I'd rethink it if I really had to choose. If I wasn't furced to choose and was only given the option, though, I'm not sure I would take it unless it's just the ability to shapeshift, I suppose. Humans often underestimate their sense of smell (if trained), to be fair. I guess I could be a detective, if that counts as a normal job.
