"that simply exist" Way to conflate old videogames having idiosyncrasies with hecking smol bean queer transgirls that literallyjustwanttoexistinthisfuckingworldbutthechudswontfuckingletthembecausetheyreevil. "catering to our expectations" too, because playing something where you can't ethereally slide across the floor with twinsticks/kb+mouse is like eating your vegetables and you just have to do it mmkay don't ask why (because he couldn't give you a coherent answer). Kojima intuitively gets it because he's Japanese and naive, Bluesky Judeo-hapa only mysticises and obscures it insofar as he tries to justify it.

Is it possible to learn anatomy from gooning?

What will be the first furry to be real?
>>112525 (OP)
Theoretically yes, practically though it's nearly impossible.
>while gooning your attention is diverted elsewhere
>(drawn) goon material often malformed and badly proportioned
>to get a better understanding you will have to goon to skeletons for a while
>even if you eventually get a good idea where the parts attach to the point where you start noticing artists' mistakes, that does not mean you will be able to do it right yourself, there is no substitute to practice (assuming that's your goal; if we're talking anatomy in the medical sense just buy a book, start memorizing all your bones and muscles, touch yourself)

In 2027 Woke will make skeleton gooning the only permissable act of lust

wait, you guys REALLY have just two parties competing with eachother?

How come even krautistan can afford to have multiple very different parties to choose from while with burgers you just have one corrupt group of billionaires compete with another corrupt group of billionaires?

It's not that I doubt that, somebody drawing a character they seem to like doing that was just slightly surprising and upsetting to me. Ennehweh, you should kill your cousin.
Replies: >>112574

Hmm. What do you not like about it?
I don't see it as being much different than classical swear-avoidance, such as, "zounds," or whatever.
Replies: >>112575
>>112574
It's an encroachment of the internet upon IFL, it feels... profane. I can easily imagine the oldfag "Do not talk about /b/ outside of /b/" thing was as much about keeping it a more contextualised, "sacred" experience as it was about maintaining its obscurity.
Replies: >>112578
>>112575
While I agree with much of the sentiment, I don't really associate swear abbreviation that heavily with internet/texting culture, myself. While abbreviation is obviously convenient to save keystrokes and bypass filters, the practice predates the popularization of current communications technology. There are videos of my dad saying, "GD," in the 80s. And, of course, more generally, "Eff you," has quite the history.
Replies: >>112584
>>112578
Nobody said 'MF' in particular before the internet and it was only popularised after people felt uncomfortable using 'nigga' in 2015-17 memes and it wasn't certain how hard the Woke apparatus would be going after it. Of course abbreviating swears in general has been a thing for a while.

Few people draw them in ways that look appealing to me. Furries, autism, fine objects, mechanical complexity, military technology, gas masks, aircraft, snouts, snouts, snouts, snouts. It's all one massive gestalt. I don't know, I think I'm in with this stuff mostly for reasons other than that primordial shape fascination, I don't remember feeling that overwhelming sub-rational *shock* when seeing snouts as a child, but I think that may be due to circumstances more than anything, numbing myself to the world and not getting very many good looks at planes and non-degenerated animals. I definitely feel it now, but I'm not sure whether it's learned/conditioned or was always there.

What do you mean by "biological conservatives"? And what would you categorize post-influx furries as? Would you say they're essentially just an inflation of the preexisting "libtard faggot" demographic?
Replies: >>112576
>>112140
The people predisposed to those lines of thinking by their innate nature.
>And what would you categorize post-influx furries as?
They're mostly conformists and groupies with no hard convictions of their own. If the consensus were to support ICE and that saying retard is okay, they'd go along with it. Con guys only cared to the extent that it wouldn't get in the way of the chemsex parties.
Furries as the ur-fandom were the first to really start socially enforcing norms like this, how many popular art scenes did this sort of thing before them? Now for some reason every random indie game and popular glup shitto character has a dedicated space not just for art of it, but for discussion of it and general socialisation years after the thing itself is no longer relevant, and the creators of said thing are expected to facilitate it and keep it a consideration, and not participating in it yourself makes one a "tourist".
