I don't know whether that Twitter account is actually his or just run by someone making fun of him, and don't care enough to do a deep dive into it. But if you are asking about Vaush, he's a "breadtuber." It's something that an especially horrible group of "Youtube personalities" call themselves. They're tankies. They don't call themselves that, mostly, but it's what they are. They're all horrible people. I try not to pay attention to them, but periodically one of them will say something so completely batshit insane that a lot of other Youtubers, some of whom I occasionally watch, will repost it as clickbait and harvest views by denouncing him. He's had some perfectly awful things to say about, fur example, bestiality, and CP, that seem to be calculated to drive rage-based engagement. He is also a smug smarmy asshole, even by shitlib standards, with an extremely punchable face, even by shitlib standards.
