I would take it as a great compliment, but remind her that I still haven't depleted myself of polyunsaturated fatty-acids. I would rather that we die with empty stomachs (or having emptied ourselves of our stomachs), but if she wanted fur us to devour each other, I would accept the offer.

Anyone here ever play this? I feel the urge to GM/be a player in this game Very Badly. If I had to criticize the book though, the art style/the body plans/cheesiness of the anthros are quite inconsistent. Especially fur the race blurb arts. Fur example, the boars look like manlets with stubby arms when in other images they're grown ass men with normal looking arms. I don't even care about boars but I'd be mad if I did.

Experiences? Furmer characters? Current games?

Fur your OP I think it would be cool, but very few people here play table top I think. I do remember one other guy who knew a lot about these games. Maybe you could host a game here ITT and teach us how to play :p and we'd submit moves through posts

Submitting moves through posts sounds fun, alas I fear the rules are a bit dense (as with all TTRPGs). Not that I assume any would-be players are too stupid to understand, but the rulebook is a ruleBOOK. It's a lot to just... dump into threads. Also, I don't know how the site feels about sharing paid .pdfs, so I won't be doing that either.
>>76613
Jesus, that sounds like a big stroke of bad luck. The only reasons groups have broken up is because of college schedules becoming satanically difficult to plan around.

Me again. I just realized I could probably grab just screenies of the character creation info, drop the (free) sheet PDF, and drop the (also free) trial rules PDF, and just grab from the larger book whenever a question about a rule or equipment comes up. Then again I would need at least 3 players all willing to go through all these hoops to play an RPG Throo tha Foo.

two 27" monitors or one ultrawide monitor?

I do a little bit of work at home, I would primarily use the second monitor fur reading/reference while I do work on the other. I just realize that having 2 monitors means they are side by side, and my neck would be constantly turned and under a lot of strain. So one ultrawide would let me center things perfectly, but then full screen wouldn't work.

Hi, footards.
Fellow namefag here.
God told me to create a video game. He told me 3 years ago.
God told me that it shall be biblically-rooted. That's what I'm doing.
He told me to compose the songs the way they are & told me how the battle mechanics should work.
What God & I have produced so far is pretty darn amazing. I hope to push a demo out soon, but I gotta do some things 1st befure that can happen.
Most notably, I need to switch development from my Windows laptop to my Linux PC once I get my network adapter. Because Windows is constantly trying to dox me & they're sending all my data to Palantir & the CIA. Not like they're going to be able to stop me, but it's probably a good idea to not let Windows dox me.
So anyways, it's going to have 10 chapters. The 1st chapter is already complete* however I still have a lot of bugs & other things to implement fur it to be not only playable, but glitchless. (I still permit some glitches if they don't really affect gameplay all that much.)
No this is not a quirky EB-inspired RPG with themes of depression.
No it is not.
Saint Carlo said that everyone is born original but dies as a photocopy.
God likes originality & uniqueness. I can't be certain, but I think the Holy Spirit is with me on this one.
So anyways with that said, with this game you're going to have a COMPLETELY unique battle system that's never been seen befure. My friend came to my house a few months ago & when he played it, he told me that it's unlike anything he's ever played befure.
If my game were not unique then I wouldn't have made it.
If I wanted a game like EarthBound, I would just go play EarthBound.

>Also, I have a question. Will you upload it to some website like itch. io? or post the game executable as a .ZIP here?

Other devs have been telling me to not upload the game as a .jar or .exe because "no games do that" but I don't really care & I'm going to do it anyways. I prolly will throw it on itch.io or just spam it on imageboards. I'll post it on my Twitter (x.com/Randnew1). That's also where I post game updates.

Also because of how customizable cutscenes, maps, sprites, &c. are, it'll be pretty easy to mod if you ever want to create your own little RPG using my code. Copyright is total bullshit so I'm not one to stop you from doing that.

My main concern right now is that I make the battle tutorial intuitive & easy fur people to learn the combat system, because it's pretty quintessential. I think that from the 2 clips I sent, you can (hopefully) understand how combat will work, though.
Its unfurtunate the lengths a catholic will go to, to please God but will never ever read the Bible.

It's quirky, it's inspired by Earthbound, it's an indie rpg... but is it about depression?
>No this is not a quirky EB-inspired RPG with themes of depression.
Well, that answers that.
>>76589
I hope that you end up finishing this within a somewhat reasonable time-frame, and I hope that you end up making a fluffton of money from it. Don't upload it fur free, gamers are ungrateful pigs and they deserve absolutely nothing, don't fall fur the parasocial INDIE populist hysteria about GREED and OWNING THE CORPOSLOPPAHHS.
